Cool Night Air

Sitting out I was on a chair at my door step
Night breeze caressing me filling me with pep!

Watching the sky with stars that twinkle
This was when night peace has no one to crinkle

Silence was absolute,with its hum all around
Deep breath I took as a falling star I had found.

Here silence could be heard As a song
Those who have heard know I am not wrong

Thinking I was Of my past .
Wondering how
Did the days go so fast

The peaceful quiet is for me harmony
Solitude now for me is a symphony

Thinking was I of my future now.
What will happen and how.

Enjoying the cool air kissing my face
Watching the time go by with a slow pace.

Now I thought of nothing
But the air that was so soothing
Now brighter shone all the stars.
I thought I could see planet mars!

Red object it was hanging still
Appeared very small and round as a pill.

Then again came the lights,
The sky went gloomy again
Time passed but I knew it was not in vain!

I learnt what is eternal bliss
I vowed to never miss this.

Sometimes we should stop by
and just sit watching nature
Because it is mans oldest teacher
